Our Rhapsody in Blueberries is the perfect way to look at wine from another angle. We fermented a bunch of locally grown, whole organic blueberries in honey, resulting in a 12% abv mead with a semi sweet hit of intense blueberry - smooth as butter with a hint of tannin at the end.
