One day Workshop for people who have some Home Brewing or Mead Making experience and would like to shift it to the next level with our award winning Mead Maker.
In this workshop we will spend some time to find out where the group is at in their understanding of Mead making. We will adapt the workshops attention to suit the collective. Everything we do in the commercial world can be emanated by the home brewer. Our Mead maker started off by making Mead in Glass Carboys and then 30 litre bucket fermenters before going to stainless steel. Along the way he set up systems in a cost effective to replicate what he saw happening by the commercial makers. This is where some of the gold is for you during the course of this day.
If you don't know how to use a hydrometer, or how to control fermentation or what racking is then this is not the course for you. We recommend the Beginners course to you.
